If you have to return merchandise to MRCycles.com please use our returns protocol to ensure your return is processed quickly and returnable to the factory. We ship and receive hundreds if not thousands of items daily and if you don’t handle the return process as indicated, your package may fall between the cracks because we will not know what it is or it’s status.

Requirements:

  1. All returns must be completed within 10 business days from when the parts were received.
  2. All returns are subject to a restock processing and handling fee.
  3. Any merchandise returned must be unopened, never installed and in it’s original packaging with all instructions, tags and labels.
  4. All merchandise returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Any package sent to MRcycles.com without an RMA number visible on the outside may be refused and returned freight collect.

Return Procedure:

  1. Call us within 3 days of receiving your parts to get a RMA. You can call us Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST and Saturdays 9am-5pm EST. at (800)359-0567.
  2. Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. The factory will not take the part back if the factory box or bag the part came in is defaced in any way. If the box is too large to place in another box, write the RMAon a piece of paper and tape it completely over to the box.
